A 25% deposit is required to lock in your booking on the requested date. The deposit is non-refundable as Dough Slingers will reject all enquiries which conflict with your event once your booking is secure.
Full payment of the remaining balance will be required one month before the date of the event . Any refund of the balance, or part thereof, will be made at the discretion of Dough Slingers after consideration of the cost of stock, staff wages and any other lost revenue.
For postponements/cancellations due to government restrictions such as COVID 19 lockdowns. Dough Slingers will endaevour to rebook the event and work with the client to find a fair and reasonable solution for both parties.
